Will Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu rope in his son Lokesh Naidu into active politics on the lines of Akilesh Yadav, son of Samajwadi Party president Mulayam Singh Yadav?
Well, the answer appears so, if one were to gauge the thinking of Naidu. When media persons asked him as to whether he wants to groom Lokesh on the lines of Akhilesh Yadav, the TDP president smiled at the media and said there should be a greater debate in the party over Lokesh’s rule. As such, he did not rule out the possibility.
In the just concluded UP elections, it was Akhilesh Yadav who took up the responsibility of steering the SP to victory.
A polished young man with matured talk and intellectual strategies, Akhilesh managed to bring all groups of the party together and single-handedly led the party to victory in the elections.
One wonders whether Lokesh has such capabilities and even if he has, whether the people have any faith in Naidu and his family. Well, wait and watch!
