Kareena Kapoor to do item number in Heroine

Actress Kareena Kapoor will turn item girl for her much-awaited film,Heroine.

Kareena would do an item song titled, Halkat Jawani for the Madhur Bhandarkar-directed film.

"We are doing an item song, titled,Halkat Jawani. It is a wonderful song and would be filmed on Kareena. I am sure people will like the song," Madhur told reporters here.

Reportedly, the song is composed by Salim-Sulaiman. Halkat is a Mumbaiya slang word which means nasty.

It is reported that for the item song, Kareena would do a lavani, a Marathi folk dance. Recently, Katrina Kaif had performed a lavani number for Karan Johar's remake film, Agneepath.
